Tower42

Tower42 was originally built in 1989 and constitutes c. 146,000 square feet of office space, arranged over 11 floors. Interland purchased the building in 2019 with a strategy to deliver a high-quality office space, at a well connected yet affordable location, while taking advantage of a supply constrained market. Tower42 is driven by design and technology, with a Label A energy rating, green roof terraces, contemporary urban landscaping, energy saving technologies and electric charging points for vehicles. The development of the building is due to finish in January 2021.
