Park View Place is a new residential estate of 346 flats for the phase 2 development of the old Kellogg Tower site in Greenford. Planning consent has been granted by Ealing Council and Greater London Authority.

The development, which consists of 4 blocks with underground parking, is designed with the intention of creating a green community space, offering a range of studio to three-bedroom apartments, along with access to gym, a roof terrace and courtyard gardens.
